PLAYRIOT LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Last Seen Alive mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. About Last Seen Alive

Last Seen Alive is a daily check-in app that lets you confirm you're okay each day. The app tracks your confirmation streaks and lets you share stylized status cards. All data is stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

We collect zero personal data. Last Seen Alive does not require an account, login, email address, or any personal information to use.

Local Data: All app data — your daily confirmations, streak history, share card preferences, and settings — is stored entirely on your device using Apple's UserDefaults and local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any account information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect health or fitness data
• We do not collect financial or payment information (subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple)
• We do not collect contacts, photos, or browsing history
• We do not use advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, or any third-party tracking
• We do not use AI processing or send data to any external AI service

4. Third-Party Services

Apple StoreKit: If the app offers in-app purchases, they are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs that data.

Last Seen Alive does not integrate with any other third-party services, APIs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

5. Device Permissions

Last Seen Alive does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other device sensors or data.

6. Data Storage & Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. This data persists until you delete the app. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data. There is no cloud sync, no backup to our servers, and no server-side database.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. Your data never leaves your device. When you share a status card, you control exactly what is shared and with whom using your device's native share sheet.

8. Children's Privacy

Last Seen Alive is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the app collects no personal information from any user, there is no data to delete. If you have concerns, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post changes at this URL and update the date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
